12.0.6 iSupport: Download the iBase Data (Accounts Tab) after CPU Oct 2014

Hi,

in the iSupport accounts tab after the first try (directly after clicking the tab) i find the following in the downloded csv (after the data section): 

OracleJSP:
An error occurred. Consult your application/system administrator for support. Programmers should consider setting the init-param <code>debug_mode</code> to "true" to see the complete exception message.

after running one of the predefined queries i get a HTTP 500
