Create Accounting in Pending Scheduled Status

Hello

I see the ‘Creating Accounting’ program for Payables goes in Pending – Scheduled status as soon as it submitted and when I look at the scheduled date it shows 2024.  And then the business user has to go in to Scheduled section and change the date back to 2004, then the program starts running

Its complete weird thing I have ever seen and the business team are saying that the problem is there for a while but get used to this manual change. Just out of curiosity, I want to get this sorted out. But couldn’t see any relevant notes, so thought of positing here to see if anyone has seen this earlier
