Can we order our product in UOM of pounds but price and invoice in UOM of each?

We have our items setup as Dual UOM with pound as the primary and each as the secondary.  We have the conversions setup and the price list setup.  Planning would like to see the pounds demand so they want us to enter the order using pounds at the prmary UOM and Each as the secondary UOM.  Is there a way to acknowledge our customer with a price of the secondary UOM and invoice in the secondary UOM for an order line?
