Summary:
Customers are no longer restricted to Support Identifiers (SIs) generated/provided by Oracle. A Customer User Administrator (CUA) can either create new SIs or use existing SIs as a basis to group hardware assets, software licenses, and users into Support Identifier Groups (SIGs), creating an SI Group based on the needs of the customer.
