Patches applied on global aren't recognized on the local zones

I'm in the process on patching several physical servers with zones on them and there's one in particular that keeps telling me that 147148-26 doesn't exist although doing a "showrev -p | grep 147148-26" and/or "uname -a" says otherwise.  As of right now, the server is patched to 150401-07, so this error is rather confusing.  Any help would be appreciated -- thank you.
