Function Security Navigator Report

I am currently using the Function Security Navigator Report concurrent request.  However, I have over 100 responsibilities  that force me to run it one by one.  This report has 2  required parameters ( i.e Application and Responsibilities). I am wondering if anyone  tweaked the parameters of this report by  entering application only  or at least allow me to select more than one responsibilities when I run it.   This way I don't need to run this report for all my responsibilities one by one. It is possible or easy to do? Is there any equivalent SQL query for this report?
