Unable to edit Calc Scripts in PRODUCTION instance.

I am unable to edit Calc Scripts in PRODUCTION instance. I need to edit these as they are currently set up to a different budget version that the one I plan to upload data. I am using EAS and I do not recieve any error message, the Script just does not load. I also validated the business role with no problems.

I have had no problems opening Calc Scripts in TEST.

Any thoughts?
