Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to assign set of books to an assignment

I am not able to assign a particular Set of Books to employees thru the Assignment Form.

Localization: Mexico.

A new GRE/Legal Entity and Set Of Books has been created. The SOB has been assigned to the GRE/Legal Entity.

The Default Expense account details for about 200+ employees have to be updated. The SOB & Legal Entity has to be updated for these employees.

Navigate to People > Assignment form. Click on Purchase Order Information tab on the Assignment form.

Click on the Set of Books lov. The newly created SOB is not listed.

The GRE/Legal Entity is created in the same Business Group as the employees.
