EBS RPC1 versus EBS RPC2 patches.

Are there patches from the EBS RPC1 patch that need to be applied alongside the EBS RPC2 patches?  We noticed there is an iProcurement patch included in the RPC1 but not RPC2.  Does the iProcurement patch still need to be applied?  Are there others?
