Does a Reverse Quick Hire functionality exists?

Is it possible to create a F06116Z1 from existing employees in the Employee Master F060116 and related tables F060120, F0101, etc.  a F060116Z1 that we then could load in a different JDE environment?

In other words, does a F060116Z1 Reversed Engineering functionality exist and if so, where can I find the corresponding How To?
