Upgrading Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 to Oracle EBS R12.1.1

Hi,

We have requirements to upgrade our environment from Oracle EBS 11.5.10.2 to Oracle EBS R12.1.1. We have dual node environment(APPS and DB). Please see below information regarding our existing environment:

Oracle APPS Version:  11.5.10.2

    Oracle DB Version:   10.2.0.2

                          OS:    Redhat Enterprise Linux AS 4.x

We will really appreciate if someone can share the experience, considerations, pros and cons to carry out this project.
