xmltest RPAS binary documentation

Hi,

Is any oracle documentation available for RPAS binary xmltest? For binary rpac, detail documentation is available , but I am not able to find out any details for xmltest in any version of RPAS. I came to know that xmltest has similar functionality as available with rpac, but not all functionality available with rpac.
