Enterpise Manager-Siebel Management Pack-How to Add Oracle Home

We recently added a Siebel Server to an existing Siebel Enterprise discovered by OEM.  The server got picked up, however, no Oracle Home has been associated.

Any ideas on how to add the Oracle Home?
