Not able to see an employee under new assignment

Hi All,

We are on R12.1.1. We have an employee who moved from one entity to another entity. Therefore a new assignment was created for this employee in his  new organization. But when his coordinator goes into the new organization to enter his vacances, he is not able to see that person in the new organization.

Can somebody please throw some light as to was is causing this issue. Are we missing some step that we need to perform to see the employee under new organization.
