Cafe1 applications accumulating in server manager

I'm using Cafe1 with many applications with good success.  However, I've noticed that when using it on Sales order header (powerform, p42101), the embedded applications do not 'clean up' in server manager.  For example,I've embedded formatted address (W01012c) into the order header screen.  If I watch server manager, every time I go to create a new order, I get an additional entry for open applications in server manager.  10 orders, 10 open formatted address screens.

Has anyone found a similar situation, and found a way to make these screens clean up?
