Our issue in not directly AR related. But as itis about TCA, support directed to Receivables group.

We are implementing eBS site Hub with OAT, Procurement and Project (R.12.1.3).

The locations of the SITES defined in eBS site Hub are being maintained in HZ_LOCATIONS table (within TCA framework). My customer is defining all its Project/Asset sites via Site Hub, so the locations are already existing in HZ_LOCATIONS.

But on the version that we are implementing (R12.1.3) PO and AP forms are still looking for HR_LOCATIONS as SHIP_TO location of a purchase order.

Say, you have a project location whose location is already defined under HZ_LOCATIONS.And say you want to give a project-referenced purchase order for that project site. Because of the current functionality, this means that even if
