What is the process of having Oracle 12c d/b for EBS !2.1.3 suite?

We are creating new environment with fresh installation of EBS 12.1.3, and we want that to be on 12c d/b. Any info about installing 12c d/b on EBS12.1.3 would be of great help to us.
