Add custom meta-tag in Siebel Main Window (HI)

Hi

How can i add new properties in HEAD tag of Siebel generated HTML page of Siebel application for Siebel HI Mode?

Just like <meta content="IE=edge" http-equiv="x-ua-compatible"></meta>?

If i put this in one of the relevant webtemplates, the meta tag would be inserted to a subframe, called _sweclient and i can see no way to put it in the main head to the top of the DOM.
