Asset Number Open Interface Issue

Dear all,

I had faced a strange issue while using asset open interface,  some of the assets have owning department and some dont, when I loaded for the first time by using owning_department_code, department fields are empty for all the assets, second time I had used department_id in the upload excel file for some assets department was loaded correctly and for some department field was blank and also the same problem for asset criticality , has any one ever faced this issue if so please let me know I am thinking to raise SR  for this as this is the result of
