Error on FA WebAdi Retirement page in r12

Hi,

One of users is facing error when they navigate to FA Responsibility-> Web ADI Retirements menu and get below error:

Error: Please resolve the following error to continue.

20007:GENERAL_43_INTG is an invalid Integrator Key.


Find error attached.

Also,when user access below navigation

Fixed Assets Manager -> Define Layout -> Integrator LOV

We can see that for the problematic user the Integrator name is not available in this LOV.

This may be the problem. Could you please let us know how I am able to see that in that LOV and user is not ?

How this value is available for user, where we need to add?
