Siebel on 2012 R2 domain

In our environment, the Siebel application server is running on Windows Server 2008 R2.

The domain controllers are also running on Windows Server 2003.

Our IT department wants to upgrade ONLY the domain controllers to Windows Server 2012 R2.

Does anyone know if this will cause problems for Siebel or if it is supported?
