Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. i design a shift management

the first shift start from saturday to thursday and friday off

in table what is the better for column that have this data ?

when assign a shift to employee if the first employee will take the first shift from 1/1/2014

how i match 1/1/2014 with the day in the column and know if it is off or not ?
