Problem for installing legislation with hrglobal.drv

I'm installing the patch 16000686 (R12.HR_PF.B_R12_WINNT) and I'm having problem to install the driver hrglobal.drv

Here is what I choose with java oracle.apps.per.DataInstall apps XXXXXX thin lioqc42:1523:PROT2
