Howto get session info in external node of ebs or use weblogic in ebs R12.2

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

On EBS 12.2.4,

after following the doc:  E28169-02(Oracle® E-Business Suite Software Development Kit for Java Release 11i and 12), i can not get session info in external weblogic node of EBS r12.2.4, tried to use weblogic server in EBS r12.2.4, but the adf page can not work(button no response and page looks stange).

Please help to advise the code designing in attachment "SDK.docx".
