SAC not not showing under Debrief form

Hi Team,

Not sure where I missed in the setups for the Debrief form. However one of the SAC I cannot see under the Material Tab of the debrief form, it is showing under LABOUR tab, although.

I have attatched the sccren shots for your refereence please validate and advice. Also just an FYI against the same item (PGAX00003), Charges was submitted successfully.
