Restrict users to view only Standard Suppliers or Employee Suppliers only

Hi,

As stated in the R12 User Guide and Training Material, is it possible to restrict users to view only Standard Suppliers or Employee Suppliers? I am unable to think of a way to do this with Function security.

Can any one guide me on this please.
