User sees only 'All Choices' in some dashboard prompts

I have a dashboard with several prompted columns (showing Opportunity Revenue). For example Sales Manager, Owner and Status. When I run the dashboard as administrator all of the prompts show the Multi Select drop down box but when I run the dashboard as a less privileged user I can only see the Multi Select for the Sales manager column - not for Owner or Sales Status. The less privileged user can still see all the Opportunities (we have Analytics History Visible for all users), but cannot select to only see some of them. The Search and Select simply says 'All
