Distribution Tax Lines Sequence is getting reversed after upgrading from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3

Hi All,

In Invoice Workbench (APXINWKB) screen, the Distribution Tax Lines(Recoverable and Non Recoverable Tax lines) Sequence is getting reversed after upgrading from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3.

Any idea behind this cause? Kindly help.
