Error when trying to create ddl for tablesspace in EM 12.1.0.4

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question

When trying to create the DDL for an existing tablespace in EM 12.1.0.4, I am receiveing this error.

Failed to initialize object:ORA-06550: line 1, column 1243: PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist ORA-06550: line 1, column 952: PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored

How can I identify which object is causing the error?
