Error on Oct2014 PSU for GI & RDBMS; PRCH-1061

Hi, DBAs;

This is a five node 11.2.0.4 cluster on rhel5.  The patch number is 19380115, downloaded as part of Oracle® Database Combo of OJVM Component 11.2.0.4.1 DB PSU + GI PSU 11.2.0.4.4 (Oct2014).

I'm applying the PSU to the GI and all 11.2.0.4 RDBMS, of which there are two on the cluster.  The patch process works right up to when it's time to restart the the patched databases.  The error from the main log ($GRID_HOME/cfgtoollogs/opatchauto2014-10-24_10-46-50.log) is below.
