Can we control the iRecruitment application status update. By default we can directly change the status of application from 'active application' to 'offer '. Is there any option available in the application to control the application status update like.

1. initial screening

2. Hiring Manager review

3. First interview

4. Second Interview

5, Offer

I should not be able to change the status of application from initial screening to Offer without doing the interview process,

Can it be done with standard application
