How to create country in Demantra (t_ep_ebs_account)

in Demantra Solutions - EBS (MOSC) Question

How to create country in Demantra (t_ep_ebs_account) when no customer with ship to country is created in EBS  and no shipping history exists in EBS. Is there a way to create manually a country in Demantra ?
