Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Sending an outbound Load Tender

I am trying to test out sending an outbound load tender.

I created an External System that would direct the transmission to an FTP site.

I went into a SAW and tried to send a transmission.

The Transmission failed.

I will try and attach a screen shot of the log.

What did I do wrong.

I am new at this. So, please be kind....
