Concerns on XLA & GL table growth in EBS R12(12.1.3)

   GL Guru,

We on oracle release EBS R12(12.1.3) and running our Submit Accounting process from AR application once a week.

We have been noticing that there are several tables in both XLA and GL schema are keeping growing up with data.

This is causing concern as this ongoing data growth may impact our Oracle Submit Accounting process and our database resources such as tablespaces may max up at some point.

I was wondering If Oracle has any solution for this concern and if any of you have a process in place to monitor and a data purge process in place to handle the mentioned situation.
