Test upgrade without impacting production

Hi, We are on E812/898. I have requirement to install and configure new E910 environment and then copy data and objects to the new E912 environment and do the upgrade in E910 without touching back E812.

So far, I have installed and configured E910 Deployment sever, installed E910 ent server in upgrade mode, installed E910 html server. I understand that I can backup existing databases from E812 and restore to E910 and then rename schemas. But what about the objects in E812. There are lot of custom objects in E812. We want to move/copy everything into E910 and then perform the upgrade there so that we can test the upgrade and not impact the production E812 system.
