Need to Validate that Uploaded Files to Oracle EBS R12.1.3 have PDF format

Dears,

I have a business requirement that all uploaded files to Oracle EBS Sourcing module R12.1.3 should be in PDF format either those files uploaded by Organization Sourcing Buyers (OR) Suppliers.

Is there any way to implement this requirement?

In case this subject NOT related to this community, I would appreciate your advise about concerned one?
