Unable to process the Resource Transaction

Dear ALL,

I have created the WO and respective operation underline with it as well. Then I have proceed to define the resourse underline with it but thereafter I have put the status of the WorkOrder is released.

Now when I am trying to process the Resoruce Transaction it just get stuck. The I have seen there are many resource Transaction all of those are lying pednig.
