Error is debrief -- "Organization for Item validation can be changed only when the Item is in Invent

Hi All,

While we are doing debrief for serial 8000213, we get the debrief status "Completed with Error" and as detail: "Organization for Item validation can be changed only when the Item is in Inventory".

What can be remedy for this. Find attached screenshot for this.
