How include the requester's Manager of any departement in the Approval hierarchy for New Item Reques
Hi All,
*Problem & Requirement:
Requester from any department can create an item & new Item request for the item & should send this request to his respective manager, we need to automate this without having to create a new approval hierarchy for each department as client may have many departments.
*Navigation:
- Requester will do Item Creation: Development Manager responsibility > Item Catalog > Create Engineering Items, enter item basic information. Item is created but status is pending.
- Next he will create New Item Request for the newly created item: Go to the item information (Item Overview)> Action Drop-down menu> Create New Item request> click Go button > Enter Request information & submit for approval.
