How do you create Mobile Queries for MFS?

I am trying to create some queries for my technicians. I have downloaded patch 17879996 but when I go to create a query, I cannot select a 'From' clause. There are none in the LOV to choose from and I can't figure out where to go to create some values. Is there another patch or application I need to have applied in order to create queries? Can someone direct me where to go to add 'From' clauses?
