JDE E1, 1099 Data upload

JDE E1 900- 1099 Data Upload ??

Is there  a way to  Data(external file /from excel or Z-table) upload for 1099 processing  in JDE E1 ??

((The Business process  = Commission given to Customer (a pyament against servies provided by customer) is deduting from account receivable /Invoice )- The default 1099 A/P method not picking these data)
