Showing different header in the continuing pages

Hi,

We have a requirement for invoice where the 1^st page is a summary and the 2^nd page will be an image. The 3^rd page will contain multiple group by tables which can extend up to multiple pages.

Requirement is , if the tables in  the 3^rd page continue for multiple pages,we have to display different header from the 4th page onwards,i.e., 3^rd page will have some header(say, ‘Here’s the detail’) and 4^th 5^th….n^th will have a separate header (say, ‘Here’s the detail(cont.)’).

Please suggest how to specify  different headers (as described above) in the template.
