scalability inbound integration

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

NEXCOM receives Inbound Integrations using OAQ. This works fine. NEXCOM also has

Bulk Planning. The Integration and Bulk Planning run at the same time. This is a

Business Decision and they do not want it to change. Scalability is new to

NEXCOM and need guidance on configuring it correctly. I configured Bulk Planning

to run on one App Server and this works fine. I have tried to configure Inbound

Integration to one App Server but have not had any luck.Please review attached

settings and let me know how to accomplish this task
