Identifying performance bottlenecks

Hi Everyone

We have a couple of queries from an inherited system that we are trying to identify for potential issues and enhance for performance

This is a 11g R2 2 node RAC system

Based on the tracing of the sessions, appended below is the tkprof output

While we try to understand and point out where the problem could lie, we would really appreciate if anyone could point out anything

that stands out as a problematic area in either of the below queries along with any recommendation / suggestion that you could provide / suggest
