a cost owned transaction is not in actual cost view transaction

Dears

I have problem in our month closing

After running actual cost , some of our interorg  transaction (a cost owned)  which tehir transaction date is belong to OCT-14 are not in actual cost view transaction for this month (OCT-14) , due to this problem we have wrong item cost and  wrong OB in OPM manufacturing .

please help me in this regard
