Diffrence b/w Estimated and Actual Cost for Material Transaction ?? Why ??

Dear Gurus,

We are using Average costing and item are working very fine with the average cost. I have put the two item along with an operation in the WO and transact the Material as well.

The Estimated Cost is been calculate by the system is very right with respect to the Average Cost but the Actual Cost is coming wrong and it cause the varience ??

Your consideration is required why this is happeninig ??
