Configuring price of an item based on different customer

Hi, I want to configure the price of an item based on the customer. Like if in a sales order Customer A is chosen then the price of the item should appear as 10, if customer B is chosen then price of the item should appear as 20 etc. Is using modifier qualifier the only approach or can there be some other approach like secondary price list etc.?
