Sizing online payslip decreased after patch 19701970 End of Year 2014 Phase 1

We are seeing a qualitative decrease in display size for the online payslip image after applying the EOY 2014 Payroll Phase 1 patch 19701970 running 12.1.3 version. The workaround is to have employees ctrl++ the image, but we don't want to have them do that. Has anyone else been seeing this decrease after applying the EOY patch?
