Import Purchase Order Program is failed

Dear All

We are in R12.2.3 and 11g database,in purchase module,the import purchase order program is failed due the following reason

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06510: PL/SQL: unhandled user-defined exception

ORA-06512: at "APPS.PO_PDOI_GRP", line 398

  ORA-06512: at line 1


Let me know how to resolve this.
