Trouble Ticket - Type/Area/SubArea fields
Hi,
In Trouble Ticket, Siebel receives following information - Type, Area, SubArea.
OSM always sets ‘ProblemCategoryCode’ to ‘Order Failure’ which is set in Type field by FMW.
Similarly for Area OSM sets FailureSystemCode by using internal Java code, which as per me picks the value from TargetSystemMap.xml.
I've no clue how SubArea needs to be configured/set.
Please confirm if my understanding is correct or not and please provide information regarding SubArea.
